Order & Returns


                                             Return Policy:
We offer a 14 day return policy. While some items are extended to 30 days. You can return items that are defective, damaged, or are the wrong item. We do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse. 

The following items cannot be returned for Hygienic Protection: 

  • Bathing Suits,
  • Hats

  • Shipping is not refunded on returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
  • We need to be notified within 7 days for a return prior to returning your item.

Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED (if applicable). Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type so if you used a credit card, your refund would go back on that same card. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable for all orders.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? 

You will receive an immediate email from us with the tracking information once orders have been shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

 Non-personalized items ship within 1-3 business days. Personalized items ship within 3-5 business days. RUSH orders ship within 1-2 business days. IMPORTANT: This does not include transit time.Because our FÉTICHE BV items are made to order. At times these items can take up from 5-14 days to receive.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

DO YOU OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING? 

Shipping is free on most of our item's and or when you spend $50 or more. Otherwise, we charge a flat shipping fee of $6.00.
